Costa Rica Airports
The following is a list of International and Domestic Costa Rica airports. San Jose and Liberia are the main two international hubs and the only airports used for international flights from the USA and Europe. While most flights head to San Jose’s Juan Santamaria International, airfare to Costa Rica’s Liberia airport is dropping in price as volume increases. Liberia is a great choice for people planning to stay in or travel through the Guanacaste or Nicoya Peninsula area. It’s probably the best choice if you are staying in Tamarindo.
